Crafty Necessities Review and Giveaway

This giveaway is now over. Please enjoy reading our reviews!

My beautiful niece pictured above is modeling a super cute hat made for her by Kelly Lamos from Crafty Necessities in St. Albans, VT.

Kelly is a stay – at – home mom to three young children. She tells us that she began crocheting eight years ago but decided to make it into more than just a hobby as she, “was trying to find a balance between being a Mom and being ‘Me’ “. While Kelly has endless ideas for new designs and creations she is also happy to make custom items. “As people came up with new ideas I was happy to oblige and up for the challenge to make new items.”

Kelly sent me a pair of wrist warmers, or fingerless gloves. I have found these to be very useful this winter and spring!

When getting kids in and out of the car I want to be warm, but have a hard time buckling their carseats with bulky gloves on. Kelly’s wrist warmers are the perfect solution. They keep my hands warm yet allow me to get things done.

I can also easily use my (old school and outdated) phone while staying warm.

Two thumbs up Kelly! 🙂

Here are a few more of Kelly’s creations:

  2. Beautiful work & so cute!!! Don’t worry, I have a super old school phone, too! It’s going on 7 years old & barely knows what the word “text” means! Those wristlets would be really useful for texting as well as getting the kiddos out of the car. I have the same problem- my hands freeze when I have to take off my mittens to buckle her in!
