We would like to thank Heather Graber for sharing her father’s pepper jelly recipe with us and with you! What started as a jelly made to use up fresh garden peppers and share with friends and neighbors has turned into a successful business.
Heather has great ideas for how to use Rocque The House pepper jelly such as a marinade for pork or paired with cream cheese. My husband and I found that we enjoyed it with crackers and before we knew it half of the jar was gone. I will try to be more creative with further uses of the jelly, but I am not sure we will get past the crackers (or the spoon for that matter!).
This spicy pepper jelly is packed with a punch of flavor and heat. The jelly is smooth and sweet. The heat warms you without making you sweat. The heat lingers for just a minute and just that quickly you are back for more. It’s addicting!
